EXPERIENCE
Marc passed the bar on his first attempt and was admitted
to practice law in California state court on December 12,
1995 and in federal court on July 26, 1999. Marc has been
in good standing with the bar since that date. Since admission
to the bar, he has practiced full time criminal defense
in San Diego.

Marc has logged numerous criminal jury trials and received
"not guilty" verdicts or dismissals in over 80%
of his trials. Marc has extensive experience trying cases

energy, and work necessary to properly try criminal cases.
